Kinase Enrichment Analysis

This application performs kinase over-representation analysis to identify kinases that are statistically enriched in a set of phosphosites based on known kinase-substrate relationships.
The analysis uses phosphorylation data from the INDRA database to identify upstream kinases that are likely responsible for the phosphorylation patterns in your dataset.

The minimum number of evidences, if using INDRA path-based analysis.
The minimum belief score, if using INDRA path-based analysis.
The alpha is the threshold for significance in the Fisher's exact test with which multiple hypothesis testing correction will be executed.
Paste your list of phosphosites in the format 'GENE-SITE' (e.g., 'MAPK1-T202', 'AKT1-S473') or click here to use an example list.
Enter background phosphosites. If not provided, all phosphosites in the database will be used.
