The miRNA curator identifies INDRA statements using INDRA CoGEx whose subjects are micro-RNAs and whose statements are "increases amount" or "decreases amount". INDRA statements already appearing in high-quality reference databases like miRTarBase and statements that have already been curated are filtered out such that only novel, potentially interesting statements are displayed. Statements are listed in descending order by number of textual evidences such that entries appearing earlier should be easier to curate.
