Metabolite Set Analysis

This application performs metabolite set enrichment analysis using INDRA CoGEx, p-values are calculated using Fisher's exact test with different options available to adjust for multiple hypothesis testing.

The corresponding REST API endpoint for this analysis is /api/metabolite_discrete_analysis. You can find it on the API Docs under the section 'Analysis Queries'.

Minimum Evidence Count The minimum number of evidences, if using INDRA path-based analysis.

Minimum Belief The minimum belief score, if using INDRA path-based analysis.

Keep insignificant results (leads to long results lists)

Alpha The alpha is the threshold for significance in the Fisher's exact test with which multiple hypothesis testing correction will be executed.
