The protein-protein interaction (PPI) explorer identifies INDRA statements using INDRA CoGEx whose subjects and objects are human gene products (i.e., RNA or proteins) and whose statements are "binds". INDRA statements already appearing in high-quality reference databases like BioGRID, SIGNOR, and Pathway Commons and statements that have already been curated are filtered out such that only novel, potentially interesting statements are displayed. Statements are listed in descending order by number of textual evidences such that entries appearing earlier should be easier to explore.
