The protein-protein interaction (PPI) explorer identifies INDRA statements using INDRA CoGEx whose subjects and objects are human gene products (i.e., RNA or proteins) and whose statements are "binds". Evidence from database sources such as BioGRID, SIGNOR, and Pathway Commons can be included or excluded using the database evidence option. Statements are listed in descending order by number of textual evidences such that entries appearing earlier should be easier to explore.
